Landscape Supply Delivery for Tweed Heads
WILL’S TIPS FOR A SMOOTH DELIVERY
Please provide accurate mobile, telephone and email contact details when ordering, and make sure you keep your phone handy to you on delivery day !
Our driver will contact you by phone prior to your delivery.
All of our deliveries are made by our own transport or a subcontractor. Deliveries are normally made between 6.00am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. Please note that deliveries to remote locations can incur additional fees. Once you order is placed, one of our sales team will contact you to advise if there are any additional charges. Normal deliveries are within 10 klm of the General Post Office. WGA reserves the right to refuse any delivery.
All deliveries are to kerb side only. The driver will endeavour to place the goods as close as possible to your job site, subject to safety and access issues. If the driver is instructed to cross a kerb or driveway, all damages and breakages will become the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to place your order to your requirements, but our driver has the final say when it comes to safety and possible damage.
If it is necessary to access your property from neighbouring property, it is your responsibility to obtain written permission. If possible, we will complete the delivery, but any damages or breakages will be the customers responsibility
All deliveries will be made to the address provided in the Shopping Cart.
MAKE SURE YOUR QUANTITIES ARE SUFFICIENT TO GET THE JOB DONE !
It is highly recommended that you include extra product in your order for any required cutting or potential breakages, on site, or in transit. Industry averages recommend 3 to 5% extra. Failure to order extra product can result in additional delivery charges to get extra product to site to complete your project. PLEASE INCLUDE THESE EXTRA’S IN YOUR PRODUCT CALCULATIONS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
NOT SO FAST!
Arrange to have your product delivered the day or so before you need it. Starting work on delivery day may lead to lost time due to waiting.
OUR TRUCKS ARE BIG!
We need to know if there are any obstacles such as dead end or one way streets, height restrictions, weight restrictions, clearways. The more details we have the smoother the delivery will happen, and in less time.
CAN WE FIND YOU?
Place a sign, or something prominent out the front to assist the driver in locating your jobsite.
If the site is locked, please provide access times, gate codes or any site contact name and number that can assist us with entry.
WHERE DO YOU WANT IT?
Tell us where you want your goods placed if you will not be present at delivery. Place something prominent on the spot.
REMEMBER OUR FORKLIFTS!
Our forklifts require 2.5m width clearance and 2.6m height clearance.
LAST POINT, BUT SAFETY FIRST!
Ensure children and pets are out of the way when we are delivering. We will do our best to place your order as close as possible to your requirements, however our driver has the final say.
